We care about your privacy and want you to understand how your information is handled when using HanaHug.

1. What We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Email and Name for account creation and authentication

• Conversation History, stored only on your device, unless explicitly synced for cross-platform use

• Functional Cookies on the web app (no advertising cookies)

2. Message & Data Handling

• Chat messages and emotional data are stored locally on your device.

• Up to 1 month of message history may be used as context for generating responses.

• You can export, import, or permanently delete your history via in-app settings.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party LLM providers to generate content. These providers may receive your message data solely to produce replies.

While we don’t currently disclose provider names to protect our implementation strategy, we ensure all partners meet data handling and confidentiality standards.

4. Data Storage

Primary data is stored on your device. If you enable syncing between Web and iOS apps, your data may be stored securely using services such as Supabase.

5. Your Rights

- You can delete your conversation history at any time.

- You may also export your data in .JSON format.

6. Data Security

We implement security best practices to safeguard your data during transmission and storage. However, no digital platform is 100% secure.
