Welcome to HanaHug! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our emotional support app and services ("Service"), including the LINE Official Account, Web App, and iOS App. By using HanaHug, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
HanaHug is a community-driven initiative created by a group of passionate individuals. While not operated by a registered company, we take user safety, data privacy, and emotional care seriously.
2. Age & Eligibility
Our services are intended for users aged 15 years and older. If you're under 15, you may not use HanaHug. If you're between 15–17 years old, please ensure you have consent from a parent or guardian.
3. What HanaHug Is (and Isn’t)
HanaHug provides emotional support through an AI character named Hana. While Hana is empathetic and warm, she is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or medical provider.
HanaHug does not offer medical or therapeutic advice.
In emergencies or mental health crises, please contact professionals or emergency services in your area.
4. Account & Registration
To use HanaHug, you need to create an account using your email. We may verify ownership using a one-time numeric code.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activities that occur under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
By using HanaHug, you agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Harass or abuse the AI in inappropriate ways
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the system
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user who violates these terms.
6. Subscription & Payments
HanaHug offers paid subscription plans, handled via the Apple App Store. Any refunds must comply with App Store policies. We do not process payments directly.
7. Termination
You may delete your account and data at any time through the app's settings. We may also suspend access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you via the app or email.
